Longer arm available for additional cranking power.  The standard arm is 3" long, the long arm is 3.5" in length x-long arm is 3.8"

Boss extreme handle

I replaced the standard handle on my bx 500n with the boss extreme power handle. I do alot of bottom fishing and this handle helps power the fish off the bottom. It is extremely well built and looks great too. It's a great addition to the 500n. 5 star rating.
