Accurate Fishing Products introduced our 2-Year Free Annual Service Program for all reels sold after March 1, 2015. This program entitles the registered reel owner to have two FREE services, one each year after the purchase date. Accurate will supply a basic cleaning and lubrication of all internal parts, replacing any necessary parts showing wear under normal usage. Accurate will complete a Five Star Reel Inspection that will include gears, bearings, shaft, side plate/frame, and spool.
Once the reel service is completed, it will be shipped back at your expense. Any additional fees charged for express shipping will be at the owner’s expense as well.
This service will cover all labor and parts for any reel, as long as it does not show any signs of neglect or abuse. This will be determined at the sole discretion of the Accurate technicians.
Fishing line may be left on the reel for service.
Please include our 2020 Flat Rate Reel Service Form and a brief explanation of the desired service to be performed, listing any current problems with the reel.
Your reel MUST BE registered in our Warranty Registration program found at http://www.accuratefishing.com/registration/.
Securely package your reel within a sturdy box with packing material and ship the reel(s) to:
